Local Builders Who Know Cramlington
We've been converting lofts in Cramlington for over 15 years. We know the new-build estates, the roof types, and what Building Control expect. No fuss, no nonsense.
Dave Thornton
I started Cramlington Loft Conversions in 2009 after ten years working in construction across the North East. I grew up in Blyth and have lived in Cramlington for most of my adult life — I know these estates and these houses better than most.
I set up on my own because I was fed up seeing people get stung by companies that quote one price and charge another. We give a fixed price at the survey and that's what you pay. Simple as that. We've built our reputation one job at a time on the back of that.
Our team is small and hands-on — I'm on every site personally. We do roughly 30–40 conversions a year across Cramlington and the surrounding areas, and we don't take on more than we can handle properly.

What Our Customers Say
Straight from Cramlington homeowners who've had the work done.
"Dead straightforward from start to finish. Got a fixed price at the survey, they stuck to it, and the room looks brilliant. Couldn't ask for more."
Gary & Karen Dodds
Eastfield, Cramlington
"We'd had quotes from three companies. These lads were honest about what our semi needed and came in £4,000 cheaper than the others. The work's solid."
Michelle Patterson
Beaconhill, Cramlington
"Used them for a Velux conversion on our new-build semi — now we've got a proper home office. The whole job was done and dusted in under four weeks."
Ryan Costello
Parkside, Cramlington
